In Australia, we offer exclusive guarantees that our competitors could not hope to replicate.  We backup put our money where our mouth is by guaranteeing a minimum trade-in of at least 50% of the purchase price at any time up to 5 years from the date of purchase.  We still accept trade-ins of machine that are older than five years but at a reduce trade-in value.
